As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

Sales Policy:

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on part repairs, refurbished computers/laptops, and cellular devices. All authorized returns will incur a 25% restocking fee, and the original receipt must be presented.

Warranty Notice:

We provide a 30-day labor warranty only. This does not include parts, used devices, viruses, batteries, Samsung parts, or software modifications. The original receipt must be presented.

Note: WATER DAMAGE AUTOMATICALLY VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES!

Diagnostics Notice:

A diagnostic fee ranging from $50.00 to $200.00 will be charged for all repairs and services if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair, or if the device is deemed unrepairable after the estimate has been given. If further issues are discovered during the diagnosis, the customer will be informed. If the customer declines any additional services suggested during the diagnosis, The Supreme Tech LLC (TST) will not be responsible for any malfunction of the equipment following the completion of the approved services.

Data Notice:

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA LOSS.

Customers must have verified backups of their data before we perform any service work. Backup and/or data recovery services are available for purchase, with additional fees.

Pickup Policy:

A storage fee of $5 per day will be charged for any items left at TST beyond 15 days after the customer has been notified. Items left for over 89 days will automatically become the property of TST.

Liability Notice:

TST will not be responsible for any damages caused to the customer’s equipment due to unforeseeable or unavoidable occurrences.

Feel free to make any additional modifications as needed.

Terms and Conditions

1. Sales Policy

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on part repairs, refurbished computers/laptops, and cellular devices. Any authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The original purchase receipt must be presented for any return to be processed.

2. Warranty Policy

We offer a limited warranty on labor for 30 days from the date of service. This warranty covers only the labor performed and does not include any parts, used devices, software modifications, or issues related to viruses or batteries. Samsung parts and other third-party components are also excluded from this warranty. The original receipt is required to validate the warranty claim. Please note that all warranties and guarantees are void in cases of water damage.

3. Diagnostics and Service Fees

A diagnostic fee ranging from $50.00 to $200.00 will be charged for all evaluations and repairs if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair, or if the device is determined to be unrepairable after the estimate has been provided. The customer will be notified if additional issues are identified during the diagnostic process. If the customer declines the recommended additional services, The Supreme Tech LLC (TST) disclaims any responsibility for subsequent malfunctions or issues that may arise from the declined services.

4. Data and Backup Policy

The Supreme Tech LLC (TST) is not liable for any data loss that may occur during the service process. Customers are strongly advised to have verified backups of their data before service. While TST offers data backup and recovery services, these are available at an additional cost and must be requested explicitly by the customer.

5. Equipment Pickup and Storage Policy

Customers are expected to collect their repaired equipment within 15 days of being notified. A storage fee of $5 per day will be applied to items left uncollected beyond this period. Items left uncollected for 89 days will be considered abandoned and automatically become the property of TST, without further notice.

6. Liability and Limitation of Damages

The Supreme Tech LLC (TST) is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances, including but not limited to, acts of nature, power surges, or other external factors. The customer accepts that TST's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.
